Improve your trauma therapy clinical outcomes with expert support

You’re a trauma therapist because you are fiercely committed to this line of work.

It’s not for the faint hearted, yet it is deeply meaningful, but also requires skills and extensive knowledge. Trauma healing is about anchoring yourself in solid research, understanding the nervous system, the neurobiology of trauma, and knowing how to map out trackable treatment plans. When you are secure in your trauma knowledge, you show up with ease and flexibility that is needed for your clients to process their pasts, so they can build a meaningful life.

Your confidence and clinical skill are the intangible structure your clients lean upon. It’s what allows them to settle into the work and feel safe doing so.

Our clients walk into our offices seeking relief.

Our clients sit in our offices with confusing symptoms, with fear and with worries that are often unwelcome or unacknowledged, in many of their social circles. And even, in the therapy and medical world. Our job as trauma therapists is to help them first feel seen, and understood.

Paving a road to possibly, hope and healing.

They are not crazy. Their minds and bodies are working on overdrive and leave them feeling confused, scared and alone. In a trauma therapist’s office, a client can finally exhale, and feel like there is a way through their pain. It is with our knowledge and support that they can move into a place of energy. I’ve seen how clients who felt utterly defeated, began processing the turmoil, found relief and were able to go on to build beautiful lives.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in helping clients who come for healing

As a young therapist, I thought I knew all the right tools to help my clients heal, until clients truly began trusting me.

As I developed a deeper capacity, clients began to share more with me, and though I thought I’d feel more confident, I ended up feeling more lost.

Sharing this with my mentors was the biggest gift I gave myself. I wasn’t a phony or a fraud, I was simply beginning to venture out into the road of becoming a trauma therapist.

Hey, I’m Esther,

I’m a mom, hot yoga lover, group practice owner, and passionate about love. Oh I’m also a trauma therapist educator.

It’s nice to “meet” you!

As you scroll, here are some things I’d like you to keep in mind:

1) I want to help you improve your clinical outcomes.

2) I want you to identify and grow your zone of genius and strength.

3) I want you to feel confident and energized in your work.

My services are for therapists who are already good at what they do, but are ready to level up.

As a therapist, group practice owner, and clinical director, I know a thing or two about trauma.

My journey to finding effective trauma therapy methods is one that is entrenched in my personal and professional life, and that is why I’m so passionate about spreading trauma knowledge worldwide. Trauma is healable. And our clients need to know that and to have access to good trauma informed care. And, as professionals, we need to be equipped and supported, while we provide trauma therapy to our clients. As I grew my solo practice, I would travel and invest, to get expert consult, attend group consultation and get advanced trainings so that I got the support and skills needed. Over the years, I created and ran supervision groups as I saw the ongoing need for therapists to be connected to a solid network so that they feel supported as they provide a space for their clients to do their best work.

Community, clinical care and complex trauma treatment.

That’s where the idea of my trauma therapy center was born. I wanted to replicate what worked (and still works) for me. For the last number of years, I’ve been running a trauma center -group practice- where we run team meetings, host local community events and provide ongoing psycho education to our staff, and our community. I meet with each staff weekly and provide consultation as well as carve out time for our team to connect, as a team. As I saw the impact this had on client care, I realized that all therapists need places and spaces to connect. To share. To grow and to have the rich and important conversations about trauma healing and the complexities that come up when we work with complex trauma presentation.

Blending humanity, heart, science and skill, I created this platform, with you in mind.

The trauma Training Cohort was created after giving multiple presentations at a conferences, where attendees kept asking me to stay and teach them more. One conference, in particular, where I presented on “trauma: healthy shame vs toxic shame”, a large percentage of the audience came over to me asking me to make another workshop for a full day training on trauma, shame, dissociation and somatic methods. I went home and created expansive content - and walla, the trauma training course was born.

It’s been approved by CEU credits by NASW and this course has been taken by people worldwide.
