​Personalized consultation from an EMDR Consultant, Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Level 2 IFS Trained therapist. Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, goals and work through struggles. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. These slots are for therapists & psychologists.
