Seven years ago I wrote a blog of emotional flashbacks when I was explaining the concept to many clients in one week- and didn’t find a good resource online. So I wrote one.

I did the same for a blog on Emotional Unavailability it’s gotten the most hits recently on my 65-83k website traffic. 

And I did the same for Somatic Skills and ways the body moves through trapped emotions/ memories —-> This one landed me a book contract with New Harbinger.

The blogs led many clients to my door - and helped me build a thriving group practice called Integrative Psychotherapy.

Now, it’s not just the blogs that pushed me ahead [so if you're not good at writing, don't worry]- it’s my passion to spread knowledge and tools for those seeking healing.

It’s being aligned with my mission and my values as a person and a professional. It propelled me to connect with likeminded people IRL, to keep refining my skills and being of service in my community.

How did I get here? I got trained in many trainings so I got solid skills. But then, I invested in business consultation - and still do - to get my message and impact wider in the world.

I’ve gone on to create corporate wellness workshops and have created a Trauma Training Program - CEU and Certification- that has brought therapists around the globe to deepen their skills.

You may be thinking, "I'll copy Esther's format and hit success".

But here's the thing, it won't work because you have an entirely different skillset, different personality and different audience and so my messaging won't work. Clients feel your authenticity. And when you take the time to refine your offering, and nurture your business, it'll blossom.
